Casa Iguana was a wonderful house to stay in. It was very roomy, the pool was the perfect temperature, and it was great to be so close to the beach. Your cleaning crew had a lot of work to do (our two young sons were with us), and they did a really good job! Your staff was also really helpful when the airline lost my dad's suitcase, and made a call to the airport for us. When the airline found the suitcase, your staff delivered the bag right to our door.
We stayed in Casa del Nino last year, and the pool there is much more private, but Casa Iguana has much better access to the beach. I would love the chance to try out all of the houses in Playacar
Next year will probably be perfect when that's all done! The house has such a great location that we would probably rent it again.
The perfect touch would be if there was a barbecue in the house. We like to cook, and a barbecue would be very helpful.

We had a wonderful time, and the service was fantastic. The support staff, primarily LaLi were so unobtrusive while taking great care of us. We were traveling with 5 teenagers, yet she managed to leave the house sparkling every day, NOT an easy feat. We really liked the layout of Casa Mullaney, it worked perfectly for our family and was charmingly decorated. The only constructive critisisum I would offer is that the king size mattresses in both downstairs rooms really need replacing. The linens were also very aged, and "pilled" from the fabric wear and tear.
Just routine maintenance in my opinion, but it is time to replace both the beds and the linens. I did not ever sit on the upstairs twin beds so can't comment on those.
Service from the Playacar Rentals office at the gate to Playacar was also impeccable. Noelia was charming and got us a great deal on a rental minivan so that we could get the kids out of town and into the countryside.
We are already looking forward to our next visit to Playacar, and would choose Casa Mullaney without hesitation.

We stayed at Casa Toloc in Playa Del Carmen over New Year's and wanted to let you know that everything was excellent.The house was superbly decorated and clean.The 3 bedrooms and washrooms was just right for the
5 of us.The cleaning lady was excellent and the caretaker was very good as well as being a chef and cooked us a dinner one night.

We wanted to let you know that our stay in your condo (unit 7102) was wonderful. We visited Playa from March 10th to the 25th and had a fabulous vacation. This was our 5th visit to the area – the 4th time we have stayed at Xaman-Ha. And as usual, we left thinking “why would we go anywhere else?”
We found your unit to be very attractive and well-equipped. And we were also so impressed with how well the entire condominium complex is being kept. Our son-in-law had to do a bit of work while he was there, so he found the wireless very useful. And we all benefited from the free long-distance service. Thank you so much.
Playa del Carmen has certainly grown from when we first visited. But we find it still has a warm appeal – the locals, 5th avenue , good restaurants.
We managed to sneak a peek at your 3 bedroom unit before the new people checked in after you left. It’s also a lovely unit and would make a great place to stay if we ever come with more friends and family.

Thanks for your email. After many rentals with Playacar Vacation Rentals over the years at the Villas Arqueologicas, this year´s experience was as enjoyable as expected. Your rental process is efficient, professional and, most especially pleasant. Laly was very helpful and accommodating! My only suggestion will be to include the building name on the rental information left at the gate. Additionally, the weather was fabulous, cool breezes all day, every day the food was delicious, the people of Playa as delightful as ever, and I think the mosquitos were on holiday in Cancun:-). Thanks again. If another trip is in the future, I will be back !!!
