Via 38 A-13

A-13 is by the wonderful 5th avenue pedestrian mall. At about one mile in length (1 1/2 km), the mall is lined with restaurants of all cuisines, coffee houses, and upscale stores and shops.

There is a client office in the building to answer to your needs, on site. Cleaning and maid service are included, and the office can arrange any other service you may wish, from tours and activities, car rental arrangements, to your own chef. Step out of the front gate, and it is a 2 minute walk to one of the best white sand beaches in the world; relax in the sun, play in the water, or just sleep. The warm, turquoise caribbean offers world class diving and snorkeling, (the Palancar Reef, second largest in the world, follows the coastline). Available too are watersports of all kinds. Nearby are many golf courses, ancient mayan ruins, ecotours, (the Sian Kaan Biosphere reserve is just south), and much more.

Playa del Carmen is an actual, modern, mexican town; bargain shopping and inexpensive restaurants are throughout. The large town has a 3 story height limit for it´s buildings and hotels, and people from many countries visit and live, giving it an inviting international feel, not like so many sterile resorts.

Bruce and Sharon are the owners. We have travelled widely and have found Playa, as the locals call it, to be to our liking enough that this is where we chose to buy our home away from home. We specially like that you can have both luxury and ambiance, yet there is quick access to quiet countryside, unpopulated beaches, ruins, history, and more. We trust you will enjoy our condo !!!
