Casa Mar Azul

Casa Mar Azul is within Playacar, a subdivision of the town of Playa del Carmen, 45 minutes south of Cancun International Airport.

Casa Mar Azul is a 2 level, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa ideal for 4 persons and features two nice living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
Both bedrooms are downstairs and they have their own private bathroom, mini split air conditioning, and huge sliding doors. A third bathroom is for the living room. A king size bed is in the master bedroom while two twin beds are in the second bedroom.
The villa has a nice dining room and lovely wooden stairs. There is a living area on each level. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The living area upstairs has a television set and a balcony.
The house is equipped with SKY television, Tape / CD player, and ceiling fans.

Next to the upper level living area, a wonderful terrace with beach chairs invites you to relaxation; moreover, the villa features a second terrace in the lower level and here you will find a hammock.
Laundry facilities are in a separate room.

Maid service, bed linens, and towels are provided 3 times a week. Purified water is always available as well as off the street parking place.
