This villa is a 2 level rental property with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is ideal for 4 persons which can be comfortably accommodated.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two twin beds. The house features ceiling fans and it is air conditioned.
The villa has a well equipped kitchen with appliances. Two more areas function as living and as dining rooms and they are decorated with a simple, yet very nice style. For your amusement a CD/Tape player is included.
A balcony allows you to enjoy wonderful views and sunsets.

Outdoors, the house features a nice covered backyard that includes chairs for your comfort and relaxation.

Maid service as well as bed linens and towels are provided 3 times a week. Off the street parking is available.
