With their spacious bedrooms and living rooms they guarantee commodity and privacy preserving convenient access to everything you may need during your stay.

1 Bedroom Condominiums - Sleeps 2 Optimal for couples, these properties count with living room, balcony and one bedroom. We may offer you on ground floor with convenient access to the pool area and beach (Xaman Ha 7020), on the first floor with balcony (Xaman Ha 7104) and on the third floor with breathtaking views on facilities, beach and Caribbean Sea (Xaman Ha 7204).

2 Bedroom Condominiums - Sleeps 4 These are great options for small families or two couples and provide you all services required for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Again, offering you the amenties of storing food and preparing meals, you are independent of restaurants and you can prepare what you like most and at when you want. We have available five different properties, one on the ground floor (Xaman Ha 7019), three on the first floor (Xaman Ha 7102, Xaman Ha 7105, Xaman Ha 7109)and one on the second floor (Xaman Ha 7202).

3 Bedroom Condominiums - Sleeps 6 to 8
Larger families or small groups may prefer to share a 3 Bedroom Suites which provides privacy and community in one. These spacious suites are an economic alterantive to booking 3 bedrooms at any hotel of same standards.
Playacar Vacation Rentals has available three ground floor suites (Xaman Ha 7021, Xaman Ha 7022, Xaman Ha 7023), three first floor suites (Xaman Ha 7101, Xaman Ha 7111, Xaman Ha 7112) and one second floor suite (Xaman Ha 7201).
