Casa Mullaney is within Playacar, a subdivision of the town of Playa del Carmen, 45 minutes south of Cancun International Airport.

This property is a 2 level, 3 bedroom, 3 complete bathroom villa and accommodates 6 to 8 persons.
Two bedrooms have king size beds and, upstairs, the third bedroom has 4 twin beds. The bedrooms are air conditioned and with ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Phone for local phone calls, satellite television, DVD / CD player, and 2 television sets are provided.
The villa has laundry facilities.

As you enter the villa, you will find the cosy living area, followed by the dining room. At the back of the villa are the swimming pool and several beach chairs for your relaxation. A gas BBQ grill is provided.
The villa has private access to the beach as well as covered backyard and garage for your vehicle. There is off the street parking place.

The villa has Internet access. Maid service, along with linens, bath and beach towels, are provided 6 times a week. A babysitter is available upon arrangements as well as free transportation from and to the airport.
